- Every customer that orders and purchases from us are agree and is bound to our terms and condition.

- You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged with our customer at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.

- If the customer receives the item at Malaysia address kindly resend it to us using a Malaysia courier as well. We will not accept resend back to us from Singapore or another country.

- Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging (UNUSED, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED)

- Undergarments, earrings,  underwear, and bra are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.

- Merchandise must have original tags attached. If tags are removed we will not entertain any return or exchange.

- We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. In this case, we will notify you and return payment that you have made.

- We do not accept return due to changes of color item, sizes and etc.

- Customer are not allow to cancel their order after they have made their order during live session, any cancellation will be recorded and customer might be put under our blacklist.

- All return items will be refunded in store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.

- Goods sold are not refundable.

- Delivery fees of returned item will be buyers responsible to pay. 

- No reservation for the exchange item. If you want to exchange any items, you must create a new purchase list.

- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days from the date of merchandise received.

- Submit return form within 48 hours from the date of merchandise received if not any request will not be entertain.

- After we received your return, we will inform you the status of return and refund in store credits. We reserve the right to REJECT your return if any above condition is not met.

- Goods sold are not refundable.
 
- Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
 
- The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging.
 
- Any items returned without our approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
 
- Please do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.
 
- The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to receiving it.
 
- Any item(s) purchased and free gift, Clearance Sales, or promotional campaign (e.g. AnniversarySale, Festive sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C) are not eligible for return and exchange. 🙅🏻
