Orders are dispatched in batches via local courier services. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process and send out your order.
Should you prefer to use Lalamove or GrabDelivery, you are welcome to do so, however, any delivery fees or additional insurance will be borne by the buyer.
For international deliveries, we always strive to secure the most cost-effective courier available. Please feel free to reach out to us directly for further details. It's important to note that different couriers impose varying charges and have differing estimated times of arrival (ETA) for delivery.
Occasionally, certain couriers may temporarily close their online systems for upgrades. Therefore, we recommend verifying the available courier options with us before dispatching your order.
Should you need to return an item to us, please contact us to make arrangements beforehand. If the item fails to reach us, we cannot proceed with any refund or exchange.
Upon our approval for the return of an item, we will cover the same return fees as those incurred when sending the item to you initially. Any additional costs associated with the return courier fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. This does not apply to international orders.
Please note that only in specific cases, subject to our investigation, consideration, and approval, we allow items to be returned to us, and in such instances, we will bear the return fee charges. This does not apply to international orders.
